InChinese, "jin" and "kilogram" are different. Jin is another way of measuring weight in some Asian countries. One kilogram is 1000 grams, but one jin is about 500 grams in China and about 600 grams in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. When buying things, make sure to check carefully!
